About the Role
We are seeking a flexible and reliable
Part Time Night Manager
to support our Front Office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable and confident working across a rotating roster, covering
morning, afternoon, and night shifts
to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional guest service from check-in to check-out
Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests efficiently
Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures
Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Night Audit, or customer-facing Hotel Front Desk role (hotel experience preferred)
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including:
Afternoon shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
Night shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am)
Valid working rights in Australia
