Key responsibilities
Assisting patients with frame styling and lens selection tailored to their lifestyle and visual needs
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience
Managing reception duties including answering calls and booking appointments
Performing spectacle adjustments, fittings and minor repairs
Working collaboratively with optometrists and team members to achieve the best outcomes for patients
About you
Must have previous experience in optical dispensing
Strong customer service and communication skills
A passion for helping patients look and see their best
A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
A willingness to continue developing dispensing knowledge and skills
