Key responsibilities

As a Senior Supervisor, you will lead in office execution, driving high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Supervise daily site operations, managing trade staff and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship, timeline adherence, and active performance management.
n
Maintain site logs, coordinate materials, track project milestones, and manage reporting using digital tools and MS Office.

What you need
n
n
Recognised trade qualification (e.g., Carpentry, Building, Plumbing, Electrical, or related trades) with substantial hands‐on site experience.
n
Demonstrated experience leading multi‐trade field teams, managing subcontractors, and developing apprentices.
n
Practical ability to interpret drawings, measure material take‐offs, and prepare accurate job quotes.
