Safely operates a Counterbalance forklift to handle materials and goods
Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately
Organise storage areas and ensure proper stacking
Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Maintain accurate inventory records
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Must have cold store experience
Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures
Supervisory and team Leader experience is a significant advantage
Ability to work in fast paced workplace
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to lift and move materials as required
Australian work rights required for this position
