Santa Monica is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and team focused Chef. Our Operational days are Monday to Friday, Giving you lifestyle balance in within hospitality.

Main duties/ Responsibilities:
Preparation/cooking of foods and daily menus




Oversee quality of preparation and presentation of all food
Provide example of how to cook foods and what procedures are in place
Improve food quality and ensure high quality is consistent
Preservation and freezing of produce
Check and maintain equipment, tools, utensils, and machineries- report any issues
Any other duties as directed by the head chef and restaurant manager
Maintain occupational hygiene, health and safety regulations and any other applicable laws
The Successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Strong work ethics, commitment to learn and further your cooking skills.
Work well under pressure in a high volume a la carte restaurant.
Challenge driven with a strong passion for continued learning.
