Help at Hand Support Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Melbourne. You will provide person-centred care, supporting clients with daily activities and attending appointments as needed.
Tasks vary day to day, from outings to simply keeping clients company at home with a cup of tea. Applicants must have a reliable vehicle, up-to-date police check, Cert III or higher in Disability, Working with Children Check, and current First Aid/CPR.
