Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead Waste Driver/Operators on a 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth. The role involves daily task allocations, fleet documentation, and strong client liaison, with autonomy and initiative in a high-tempo setting.
Ideal candidates will have a HR Licence, 3+ years in supervision, and solid IT literacy. Experience in Energy, Resources or Waste sectors is valuable; Dangerous Goods by Sea training is a plus.
