Working as part of a production team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This position suits someone with strong machine operating experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment, who understands the importance of quality, efficiency and safety.
Key responsibilities
Operation and monitor production machinery
Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal performance
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure consistency
Troubleshoot minor faults and elevate issues as required
Maintain accurate production records
Follow all manufacturing and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
About you




Previous experience as a Machine Operator an advantage however, training will be provided
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Understanding of engineering and manufacturing practices
High attention to detail and quality focus
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
