Warehouse Operators / Storepersons
to join an impressive, modern distribution operation in the
Melbourne Airport / Tullamarine area
.
This is not your typical warehouse workplace. You will be working in a
state-of-the-art, highly automated facility incorporating robotics, advanced warehouse technology and modern pick‐and‐pack systems
.
Importantly, these are permanent full-time positions – not casual roles.
If you are currently working casually, this is an opportunity to move into

afternoon-shift loading

Hours
Afternoon Shift: 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday
Overtime may be available or required when operationally necessary.
The Role
Working within a modern, technology-driven distribution centre, your responsibilities will include:
Reach forklift operation
Counterbalance forklift operation
Tugger operation
Receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
Working with
automated and robotic warehouse systems
Using modern technology and computer-based warehouse systems
Working within high-tech pick-and-pack processes
General warehouse and distribution duties
Prioritising workloads and meeting operational deadlines




Working safely and efficiently within established procedures
Supporting other team members and contributing to a positive workplace
About You
To be considered, you will need:
Current Australian forklift licence
Reach forklift experience
Tugger experience
Previous warehouse or distribution experience
Confidence working with technology and learning new systems
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Good level of physical fitness
Willingness to work the permanent
2pm–10pm afternoon shift
Experience in an automated warehouse would be an advantage, but just as important is being
comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems and processes
.
