We are seeking a
Full time Duty Manager
to join the team. The successful candidate will haveproven staff managementexperience in a customer service environment. Reporting to theVenue Manager, you will be required to manage the day to day operations of a venue.
This position will be based at our Kingston venue, however our employees work across venues and flexibility is required to meet operational requirements.
To be considered for this role it is essential you have:
A positive and proactive attitude
Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and training a team
Sound experience in managing multiple priorities




A focus on building rapport with your team and customers
Ability to take ownership of your venue and team when on shift
Capability and experience to lead by example and ensure professionalism in all interaction with stakeholders
Can guide staff to follow policies and procedures, and address nonperformance issues
Demonstrated experience in compliance related activities, undertaking shift reporting and EOM procedures
Understanding of the licensed club industry (desirable) and its offerings
We are looking for an individual who has had
minimum
of 2-3yrs experience in a customer service setting and managing teams.
Ability to work within a rotating roster, consisting of day/nights.
