Prowse Quantity Surveyors is seeking a skilled professional Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career and access outstanding opportunities for growth and development. This is an office-based position located in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications and experience required:
A recognised degree in Quantity Surveying
Membership with the AIQS and/or RICS
Strong measurement skills and experience
Strong Cost X experience
Experience using MS Excel
Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written




In addition, this role requires:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional Quantity Surveyor
Ability to build and develop client relationships
An enthusiastic attitude, professional and efficient
A right to work in Australia
Full Victorian Drivers License
Tasks and Responsibilities include:
Preparation of cost plans for each stage of a project
Client relationship management and liaison
Processing of progress claims and variations
Undertake site inspections
