join our team and help support our Tradie clients!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping trades
n
businesses stay organised, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
n
You will be using programs like ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, Buildxact, Fergus and of course
n
Xero.. so having experience in some of these (and the ability and drive to learn others) is a big
n
Computer literacy is a must!
n
Following SOP's while continually developing them, as recent systems are implemented. Being
n
proactive to support each business owner while building strong relationships with the owners as
n
well as being the frontline for their own clients.

Experience in the Trades or Property Industry Highly Regarded
n
Previous experience working within a trades, real estate, construction, maintenance, civil,

plumbing, electrical,



landscaping or similar business will be highly regarded.

Understanding how trade businesses operate, manage jobs, schedule crews and communicate
n
with customers is a huge advantage.
n
A minimum of 1-2 years trades industry experience is ideal.

As this is initially a hybrid role, applicants must be based on the Sunshine Coast and able to attend our
n
office for initial training and occasional in-office days as required. The majority of work will be
n
from home though so strong internet reception is a must.
n
This is NOT a flexible-hours role.
n
You must be available and actively working at your computer from 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to
n
Friday. A key part of this role is answering live calls, supporting clients and keeping operations
n
running smoothly throughout the day. Our clients expect responsiveness between your working
n
hours.
n
Training will initially be completed from our office. Once fully trained, the role will primarily be
n
work-from-home, however occasional office attendance may still be required for team meetings.
n
For the right candidate, this role can transition into a Team Leader, role responsible for personal
n
and professional coaching of our VA's.
n
