, this role is responsible for safeguarding and strengthening the organisation's
financial integrity

governance framework

systems capability and operational foundations.

About You
This role is a fast- paced and has responsibilities that requires a broad range of demonstrated key competencies and qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Essential current membership
Demonstrated experience providing financial stewardship, governance oversight, and assurance to Boards and Finance, Audit &Risk; (FAR)Committees
Experience overseeing enterprise systems and data governance
Demonstrated Leadership qualities including coaching, performance management, and capability uplift
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting Boards and Committees
Exposure to digital transformation or system implementation (preferred)
