We're looking for an experienced
Administrator with a background in event coordination
to join our growing operations team. This is not a travel consultant role—it's an administrative position within a travel company, ideal for someone who thrives on managing details, juggling priorities, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
About the Role
Full-time, permanent
position based in our Springwood office (must work onsite)
Standard hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage tour contracting and supplier confirmations
Coordinate day-to-day tour operations and ensure all inclusions are booked and documented
Maintain and update tour itineraries, documents and operational systems




Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure tour readiness
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email (no sales targets)
About You
Previous experience in event planning or coordination, especially managing logistics and supplier bookings
Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to use
Microsoft Word and Excel confidently

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Transparent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and confident working with digital systems and documentation
