We are seeking expressions of interest fromSenior Engineer (Construction Engineering)to join our growingSydneyteam.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects across Australia. You'll work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment, delivering innovative civil engineering solutions while growing your technical expertise and advancing your career.
In this role, you will
Apply a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems
Produce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, reports, and other documentation to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity
Preparation of client reports
Monitor projects for fee variations
Liaise with engineers and drafters to enable preparation of documentation
Manage design team of engineers and drafters including allocation of resources and checking of work for small projects (where required)
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Contribute to the overall management and profitability of projects




Ability to interpret and communicate information of a more complex nature
Develop the ability to scheme up small to medium sized projects
Assume responsibility for the management of small, medium and some large-scale projects including duties such as pricing, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets
Ensure compliance with applicable Codes and policies– e.g. WHS practices and Quality Assurance.

Member of Engineers Australia
Thorough understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise incoming work appropriately
Problem solving/analytical skills.
Excellent organisational skills
Demonstrated time management skills
Willingness and ability to advance own career including remaining up to date with advancements in discipline related engineering methodologies.
