The successful candidate will be joining a long and well established Solicitors firm with a first rate reputation within residential conveyancing, with a track record of delivering high quality, professional service.
Working alongside experienced residential conveyancing lawyers, you will play an significant role in supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
Duties in this role may include things such as:-
- Assisting with the day to day management of residential property transactions
-Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
-Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
-Undertaking property and title related searches and enquiries




-Assisting with exchange and completion processes
-Maintaining accurate and up to date case records
-Providing a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process
-Supporting fee earners with their caseloads and taking on increasing responsibility as your experience develops
Any applicants will be expected to be able to show experience within residential conveyancing as a paralegal, conveyancing assistant or legal secretary.
