Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for students and staff
Support high-volume and bulk meal production
Deliver skilled and friendly customer service
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
Adhere to food safety and workplace health and safety standards
Provide efficient service with a positive, proactive approach
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
A trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or an equivalent certification)
Proven background in a chef role, with preference given to education sector experience
Demonstrated expertise in high-volume meal preparation and bulk catering
Exceptional communication, presentation, and time-management capabilities alongside high attention to detail
Proven capacity to perform effectively both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
