What You Bring to the Workshop
The Right Roots:
A trade background in
Automotive, Carpentry,



Cabinet Making, or Auto Body Repairs

Tool Mastery:
Serious competence with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic gear.
MacGyver Energy:
The ability to think outside the box when a standard manual doesn't have the answer.
The Basics:
A killer sense of humour, a great work ethic, crystal-clear communication, solid time-management, and the physical fitness to handle manual labour.
Bonus Points:
A forklift license is a massive plus!
