About the role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across a busy property portfolio. This is a varied, hands‐on role where you'll be a key contact for tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders, helping to coordinate maintenance requests, support compliance and keep works moving efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests
Liaise with tenants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
Administer the facilities management software system
Support building compliance, contractor compliance and reporting
Assist with quotes, purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking




Attend sites across the Victorian portfolio to support inspections, maintenance follow-up, contractor coordination and tenant requirements
Help with site inspections, audits and identifying maintenance issues
Contribute to process improvements across the FM function
About you
2–4+ years' experience in facilities, property, building services or similar
Strong customer service and communication skills
Contractor coordination experience, ideally in a commercial building environment
Good attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Ability to juggle competing priorities and work to deadlines
Confidence using Microsoft Office; FM software experience would be a bonus
A positive, practical and team-focused approach
