WPC Group has an exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded individual to commence their School-Based Apprenticeship as a Light Vehicle Apprentice in Berwick, VIC. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receive hands-on training, and gain valuable knowledge in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of light vehicles.

About the School-Based Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology Apprenticeship:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections
Work with cutting-edge diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve automotive problems
Collaborate with a team of experienced technicians
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace
The ideal School-Based Light Vehicle Apprentice:
Currently enrolled and attending a Victorian High School in Years *****
Currently completing VCE VM and completing a VET subjective in Automotive/Engineering
Good problem-solving and mechanical aptitude




Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Working towards your Driver's License and reliable transport
Committed to attending TAFE during School Holidays
Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced technicians
Obtain a nationally recognised qualification upon completion
