Level 3 Up to £32,000 per year | Term Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm Early Years should give children plenty to be curious about
whether they're creating something new, discovering how things work or simply seeing where their imagination takes them.

What We're Looking For
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
Confidence creating engaging experiences across different areas of learning
A good understanding of supporting school readiness without losing the importance of play
Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and physical development
A creative, warm and nurturing approach
Strong communication skills with children, families and colleagues
Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
