The role offers a varied mix of electrical work across existing homes, solar installations, commercial fit-outs, multi-residential developments and new builds. The successful applicant must be confident working independently and capable of managing allocated jobs from start to completion.
Key responsibilities
Residential electrical alterations, upgrades and maintenance
Electrical connections for hot-water installations
Switchboard alterations and upgrades
Solar installations
Commercial fit-outs and multi-residential electrical work
Lighting, power and new circuit installations
Electrical testing, fault-finding and commissioning
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
Completing timesheets, certificates and job documentation




Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and Victorian regulations
Maintaining clean, safe and organised worksites
Working independently or alongside other CTS Group trades when required
What we're looking for
Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
Ability to work alone and manage jobs independently
Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
Own tools
Current Construction White Card
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
Valuable communication and organisational skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Working at Heights and First Aid certificates are desirable
