The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and strong demand for training programs,



we're looking for Trainers and Assessors to deliver telecommunications and associated safety training from our Melbourne campus and occasionally at client sites throughout Australia.
You'll play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences while ensuring the highest standards of educational outcomes and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver telecommunications and safety training programs
Facilitate engaging classroom and practical learning activities
Assess learner competency through practical and theory-based assessments
Mark and provide constructive feedback on learner assessments
Maintain training and testing equipment
Ensure assessment records and documentation are completed accurately and compliantly
Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and learner experiences
Support a positive, qualified and inclusive learning environment
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others learn and succeed.
Ideally, you'll have:
Extensive experience in customer premises telecommunications, including:
Open Cabling
Structured Cabling
Coaxial Systems
Testing and Fault Finding
Experience within carrier network environments, particularly fibre-based technologies
A learner-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience delivering training and assessment within the VET sector (highly regarded)
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Additional Requirements
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Ability to travel when required
Commitment to maintaining industry currency and professional development
