Hybrid arrangements are available with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Core Responsibilities
Design, develop and support enterprise Salesforce solutions
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex and Experience Cloud functionality
Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and delivery teams
Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and modern integration patterns
Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews and release activities
Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps and automated deployment practices
Deliver secure, accessible and high-quality digital services
Support platform governance, coding standards and continuous improvement initiatives
Salesforce Developer Stream We're seeking developers with strong experience across:
Essential Skills
Enterprise Salesforce development experience
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex development
Experience Cloud
Salesforce platform configuration
REST/SOAP API integrations
Source control and modern deployment practices
Agile delivery experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly Regarded
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Platform App Builder Certification
Platform Developer I Certification
Government or highly regulated environment experience
Service Cloud and Experience Cloud expertise




Accessibility and inclusive design experience
Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio Specialist Stream We are also seeking specialist Salesforce professionals with deep Vlocity/Industry Cloud capability.
