About the Role:
Lead a CIAM operations team to ensure the reliability, stability and performance of a high-profile identity platform. Drive operational excellence through improved monitoring/observability, runbooks, incident reduction, process optimisation and automation.
Key responsibilities
Lead and coach the CIAM ops team; manage priorities and service outcomes
Monitor platform performance; report on operational metrics
Manage incidents/end-to-end investigations (logs, root cause)
Coordinate releases and operational change
Improve SOPs/runbooks and cross-team operating processes
Qualifications
Robust
OAuth 2.0 / OIDC
, token lifecycle, federation, authN/authZ knowledge




Proven operations leadership (capability uplift, performance support, continuous improvement)
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Experience creating/maintaining operational documentation
High-volume, externally facing digital service
SaaS/cloud identity (or hybrid) + observability/log analytics tools
APIs (REST/JSON), certificates/secrets, integration troubleshooting
