Role Overview
An opportunity exists for an experienced Relationship Director to manage a significant portfolio of commercial clients across the transport, logistics and wholesaling sectors. Working alongside a dedicated Account Executive and specialist teams, you will develop long-term client relationships, identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored banking solutions that support customer success.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and emerging corporate clients
Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition
Structure lending, working capital and cashflow solutions
Assess and support complex credit opportunities
Partner with product specialists to deliver tailored banking outcomes
Maintain strong market and industry knowledge across key sectors
Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive relationship management




Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve customer and business outcomes
Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing commercial or corporate banking relationships
Robust credit analysis and lending capability
Demonstrated success in business development and portfolio growth
Experience structuring complex customer solutions
Strong understanding of lending, working capital and cashflow products
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to build trusted networks and long-term client relationships
Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
