Key responsibilities
Contacting and qualifying company-provided leads
Conducting phone and in-home consultations when required
Reviewing electricity bills and understanding customer energy needs
Designing and presenting suitable solar, battery and backup solutions
Preparing accurate proposals and finance options
Explaining products, warranties, rebates and incentives clearly
Following up quotations and confidently closing sales
Maintaining skilled communication throughout the customer journey
Managing your pipeline and customer records through our CRM
Working closely with the design, administration and installation teams
About you
Previous solar sales experience is essential




Strong knowledge of residential solar and battery systems
Understanding of Victorian solar rebates and Federal incentives
Proven ability to convert warm leads and close sales
Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills
A natural people person who can build trust and rapport with customers
Ability to explain technical information in a simple, clear and honest way
Strong follow-up, organisation and pipeline-management skills
Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs
