ISS is seeking an experienced
Key Account Manager
to lead the public precinct contract, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, client satisfaction, and team success. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing a large-scale, high-profile service environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading contract operations and service delivery across the precinct.
Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and service partners.
Managing P&L; performance, budgets, forecasting, and commercial outcomes.
Driving workforce planning, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leading and developing high-performing operational teams.
Championing safety, compliance, and governance standards.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing large operational, facilities management, or integrated services contracts.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L; responsibility.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of WHS, compliance, and risk management.
Current Driver Licence.
