As a Dermal Clinician at Melbourne Skin, you will be responsible for providing personalised skin consultations, treatment plans and corrective treatments tailored to each client's individual skin concerns and goals.
Key responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and assessments
Creating personalised treatment plans and home-care recommendations
Performing advanced corrective treatments
Providing chemical peels, skin needling, LED, microdermabrasion and other advanced skin treatments
Working with medical-grade and professional skincare
Educating clients on their skin and treatment journey
Maintaining detailed client records and treatment notes
Providing an exceptional client experience from consultation through to treatment and follow-up
Working collaboratively with our clinical and front-of-house team
Contributing to a positive, professional and results-driven clinic culture
About you
Holds a Bachelor of Dermal Science or equivalent
Has previous experience working within a professional skin clinic




Is confident performing advanced skin treatments
Has a strong understanding of skin anatomy, conditions and corrective treatments
Is passionate about skin health and achieving genuine client results
Has excellent communication and consultation skills
Is confident recommending skilled skincare and treatment plans
Takes pride in their presentation, professionalism and attention to detail
Is reliable, motivated and eager to continue developing their skills
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
