About the Role

Harry's Place Café is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Barista/Café All Rounder with a genuine passion for preparing quality food and beverages and creating a welcoming café experience. You'll be part of a supportive,



not-for-profit café that values inclusion and provides meaningful training and employment opportunities for people of all abilities.

About You
n
n
2 or more years' experience as a Barista/Café All Rounder
n
Present professionally, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
n
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of people
n
A passion and love for good quality food and coffee
n
Ability to work efficiently, effectively and productively as part of a small team
n
Ability to thrive in a busy environmentand remain calm under pressure at all times
n
Commitment to working with and supporting people with a disability
n
Current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
