The Opportunity
n
As the AHS Solutions Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer partnerships and delivering commercial outcomes across the Autonomous Haulage Solutions portfolio.
n
You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and working closely with customers to understand operational challenges and deliver value-driven automation solutions. This position requires a strong blend of leadership, commercial acumen, strategic thinking and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and develop a regional sales & a global support team to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
n
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth targets.
n
Identify market trends, opportunities and competitive threats within the mining and heavy industry sectors.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders and industry partners.
n
Drive operational improvements and support the successful resolution of customer issues.
n
Monitor sales performance, forecasts and business metrics to support informed decision-making.
n
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and contract discussions.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and outcomes.
n
Establish training and development programs that strengthen team capability and performance.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Mining, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.



Significant experience and a proven track record in a comparable leadership role within mining, automation or heavy industry will also be considered.
n
Proven leadership experience within mining, mobile plant, automation, technology or other heavy industrial sectors.
n
Demonstrated success leading sales teams and delivering sustainable growth, profitability and customer outcomes.
n
Strong understanding of autonomous mining technologies, fleet management systems, digital solutions or operational technologies will be highly regarded.
n
Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
n
Solid commercial and analytical capability with the ability to translate market and business insights into strategic action.
n
Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
n
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while maintaining a strong focus on operational delivery and results.
n
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people, building capability and leading high-performing teams.

Site-based in Perth or Brisbane (5 days per week)
