About the Role
n
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Retail Bottleshop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy bottleshop. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, maintaining compliance, and developing a customer-focused team. Reporting directly to venue management, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of the retail operation while ensuring exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all daily bottleshop operations
n
Lead, train, and develop the retail team
n
Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities
n
Oversee stock control, ordering, receiving, and inventory management
n
Maintain attractive merchandising and promotional displays
n
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
n
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and venue procedures
n
Manage rostering and labour costs
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and community engagement
n
Maintain a safe, clean,



and qualified retail environment
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience managing a bottleshop, liquor retail store, or similar retail operation
n
Strong stock control and inventory management experience
n
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
n
Strong commercial awareness and sales focus
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
High attention to detail and organisational ability
n
A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside your team
n
Sound understanding of liquor compliance requirements
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
Current RSA Certificate
n
Previous retail liquor management experience
n
Strong understanding of inventory and stock systems
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Current driver's licence preferred
n
n
