We're looking for a hands-on
Civil Labourer
to join a Local Government team.
n
You'll be part of the crew keeping roads, footpaths and drainage infrastructure in top shape - and yes, you'll get a
9-day fortnight
, so every second week comes with a cheeky extra day off.

6:30am - 3:30pm
- early starts, early knock-offs!

Monday to Friday - NO weekends

What will you be doing? n
You'll be getting stuck into a variety of civil works, including:
n
n
n
Formwork and concreting - footpaths, kerbs, gutters and pits
n
n
Bitumen repairs and road restoration
n
n




Pipe laying, trenching and backfilling
n
n
Setting up traffic control and keeping worksites safe
n
n
General site clean-up and labouring duties
n
n
Pitching in wherever the crew needs a hand
n
We're looking for: n
n
n
White Card - essential
n
n
MR Licence or higher - highly desirable
n
n
civil, road construction or drainage experience
n
n
Dogman ticket - highly desirable
n
n
Roller ticket - highly desirable
n
n
Strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
n
n
Team player with a positive attitude
n
n
Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly and safely
n
