Marvel Slabs is looking for an organised and reliable Bookings & Scheduling Administrator to join our team.
This is a full time, office-based role working closely with our Operations and Maintenance teams. You will be responsible for coordinating bookings, scheduling works and communicating with builders and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Booking jobs requested by builders
Booking and rescheduling concrete works and inspections
Managing jobs that have been rescheduled by builders or Marvel Slabs
Communicating booking changes and updated dates to builders and internal teams
Scheduling maintenance works with our maintenance crew
Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and Operations Team
Keeping booking and scheduling information accurate and up to date
Assisting with general administration as required
About You
Is organised and able to manage multiple bookings and priorities
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is confident using computers, email and administration systems




Can work well in a busy environment where schedules can change
Is reliable, proactive and works well as part of a team
Previous administration, scheduling or construction experience would be advantageous; however, training will be provided for the right person.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Full-time position
$60,000-$65,000 + superannuation
Salary will be based on skills and experience
