About the Role
n
This is more than a Venue Manager position.
n
You will be the driving force behind bringing a brand-new concept to life, creating the culture, developing the team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience from day one.
n
Reporting to the State Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of venue performance including operations, people, guest experience, commercial results, safety, and bar operations.
n
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and has experience managing high-volume trade, premium beverage programs, and late-night operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the pre-opening and launch of the venue

Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
n
Driving an exceptional guest experience every day

Overseeing all food,



beverage, immersive gaming, and operational standards

Managing budgets, labour, stock, and financial performance

Building a strong, positive team culture

Ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence

What you bring
n
n
Proven experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager in hospitality, entertainment, bars, pubs, or premium casual dining
n
Understanding of high-volume operations and knows how to lead from the floor
n
Strong bar and beverage knowledge, including cocktail-led environments
n
Experience managing late-night trade and busy weekend service
n
Passion for developing teams, building culture, and creating memorable guest experiences
n
Commercially savvy and confident managing labour, costs, and venue performance
n
