We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Sales/Warehouse Assistant
to join the team at Terika Pty Ltd in Coffs Harbour. This is a
full time position
that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our business, interacting with customers and contributing to our store's success and growth targets.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is neat, organised and visually appealing
Restocking shelves and managing inventory levels in your assigned areas
Providing expert product knowledge and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly
Supporting promotional activities and implementing store marketing initiatives
Following cash handling procedures and maintaining till accountability
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and targets
Adhering to company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment (building industry)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers
A friendly,



approachable demeanour and genuine passion for helping customers
Strong numeracy skills and competency with point-of-sale systems
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays as required
A commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation
