The Role
We're seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join a collaborative broking team, supporting Account Executives and Brokers across the full client and policy lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial insurance broking with strong mentoring and support on offer.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the preparation of renewals, new business submissions and mid-term adjustments
Liaising with insurers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
Preparing insurance summaries, schedules and client documentation
Supporting Account Executives with day-to-day client servicing and queries
Processing policy documentation accurately and within required timeframes
Building strong working relationships with insurers and underwriters
Assisting with claims coordination where required

About You
Prior experience in insurance broking (Assistant Account Executive, Broker Support or similar) is highly regarded
Tier 1 insurance broking qualification (or working towards) preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in building a career in broking
Experience with broking software (e.g. Sunrise, WinBEAT) is a bonus but not essential
