Reporting to the Plant Manager you will have a brand current warehouse and two operations to bring together, this is a role about people and talking one business and one goal.
Excellent scope and top down support where it's all about aligning culturally, earning respect and identifying potential hurdles and bottle necks.
The role:
Leading procurement, warehousing, inventory and logistics across the combined operation
Leading and setting standard for a team that is passionate and proud
Driving Lean and 5S
Owning supplier relationships, freight, forecasting and inventory accuracy
Skills:
Someone who has been on a journey of centralization
Someone who has led people through change
A person who takes ownership where there is always a solution
