As a Property Management Assistant, you'll be an important part of the team, working as a hands‐on support role alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager, helping them deliver outstanding service to rental providers and renters while continuing to develop your own property management skills and experience.
Key responsibilities
Assisting a Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day management of their portfolio
Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-up
Communicating with rental providers, renters and tradespeople
Preparing documentation and correspondence
Helping with leasing, property handovers and general portfolio administration
Supporting the wider Property Management team when required
Providing friendly, qualified and responsive customer service
About you
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks




Confident communicating with people in person, over the phone and by email
Positive, reliable and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a busy team environment
Detail focused and able to follow tasks through to completion
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Interested in developing a long‐term career in property management
Current driver's licence required
Previous property management experience would be an advantage
