The surgical suite features state-of-the-art technology, enabling our experienced veterinary team to deliver high-quality surgical and diagnostic services. We also provide in-house diagnostic imaging and CT services.
The opportunity
We are currently seeking a
Veterinary Receptionist
to join our wonderful team on a
full time basis
(can be flexible with part-time hours for the right candidate!). Our receptionist is the first point of contact for all our valued clients, so providing a high-quality client experience in person and over the phone is of the utmost importance to us. This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to gain experience in a fast-paced yet rewarding atmosphere with a remarkable team.
At least 1 years' experience working in customer facing position
Experience in the animal industry is desirable,



yet not essential
Certificate IV in veterinary nursing is ideal, but not essential
Someone that has exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients
An empathetic, caring person that always advocates for their patients
An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice
The ability to manage a busy appointment schedule & assist with reception administration tasks.
