This is a full time position, and Devilbend Golf Club offers competitive wages that surpass industry standards. The successful candidate must be available for weekend shifts on a rotating roster, with an immediate start date.
Requirements
Certificate 3 in Sports Turf Management or highly experienced
Extensive experience in all aspects of Golf Course Maintenance
Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekend shifts




Demonstrated reliability, motivation, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team
Excellent communication skills
Chemical Accreditation
Proficiency in operating a diverse range of turf machinery
Knowledge and hands‐on experience in chemical and fertilizer application
Familiarity with irrigation systems
Capacity to follow instructions and work autonomously
Team-oriented mindset
Punctuality and meticulous attention to detail
Current Driver's License
Understanding of OH&S; requirements on golf courses
