Salt Bar Kingscliff is a key venue within the AVC portfolio, set in one of Australia's most beautiful coastal locations. We're seeking an experienced, high-level Venue Manager to take the lead in driving operational excellence, team performance, guest experience and commercial results.

The opportunity
n
As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of Salt Bar, leading a passionate team and ensuring the venue consistently delivers outstanding service, strong financial results and memorable guest experiences.

You will be responsible for:
n
n
Leading and developing a high-performing hospitality team
n
Driving sales, profitability and operational performance
n
Maintaining exceptional service, presentation and compliance standards
n
Managing rostering, labour costs, stock control and venue administration
n
Building a positive, accountable and energised team culture
n




Working closely with the AVC leadership team to deliver strategic objectives
n
Creating an outstanding experience for guests, staff and the local community
n

What we're looking for
n
We're looking for a proven hospitality leader with:
n

Senior venue management experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality environment
n
Strong commercial understanding and financial acumen
n
Excellent leadership, communication and people-development skills
n
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
n
High standards across service, safety, compliance and presentation
n
The confidence and capability to lead a large, diverse team
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
n
