What will you be doing?
n
Your role will be to empower participants by identifying and building on their existing capabilities, aspirations, and potential. You will achieve this by:
n
n
Maintaining files, file notes, Job Plans and relevant forms for job seekers on your case load to ensure contractual compliance.
n
Undertaking quality assessments and strengthen based approach appointments with every job seeker you work with.
n
Identifying, addressing and completing job seeker barriers using the Intervention Management Tool (IMT).
n
Development of quality, compliant and tailored Job Plans.
n
Supporting job seekers to engage in Community Projects activities and link to host organisations.

Who are you?
n
Skills and experience we look for include:
n
n
Experience in Remote Employment Services, Jobs Services Australia, Disability Employment Services or similar
n
Knowledge and experience of case management
n
Ability to manage time, set priorities and achieve outcomes in a demanding environment
n
Previous experience in working with Job Seekers & Indigenous communities.
n
Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander protocol and culture.
n
Current driver's licence.
n
Technology literate, including sound skills in using Windows-based software, Internet, and Email.
n
Highly effective, well-organised administration and record keeping skills
n
n
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
