Retail Assistant – Giftorium | Myer Melbourne CBD
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our team at the Giftorium within Myer Melbourne CBD for the busy Christmas trading period.
This is a seasonal opportunity running from 24 September **** to 1 January ****, where you will represent the S.Kidman brand and help customers find the perfect gift during the Christmas period.

About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will be working within the Giftorium at Myer Melbourne CBD, helping customers explore and purchase S.Kidman products during one of the busiest times of the retail year.
Your duties will include:
Providing friendly and helpful customer service




Assisting customers with product selection
Helping customers find gifts and S.Kidman products to suit their needs
Processing sales and handling payments
Maintaining a clean and organised retail area
Supporting the team during busy trading periods
Assisting with general retail duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with customers
Has a friendly and approachable manner
Is reliable and well presented
Can work well as part of a team
Is comfortable working in a busy retail environment
Takes pride in providing positive customer service
Has previous retail or customer service experience, although this is not essential
Christmas Trading Availability
This is a seasonal Christmas retail position, so availability during the busy trading period is essential.
You will need to be:
Available to work across all 7 days of trading
Available to work weekends and public holidays
Available to work extended trading hours during the Christmas period
Available from 24 September **** to 1 January ****
Christmas Day will be the only planned trading day off.
