The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:
Have a strong passion for early childhood education
Develop and deliver an educational program that fosters children?s interests and stimulates their passion for learning
Establish and maintain stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that provide a wide range of resources and materials which children can utilise to develop individual and group projects
Understand the expectations of Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks, National Quality Standards and the current Regulations




Maintain children?s individual observations, assessments and learning plans
Build and maintain positive and respectful relationships with families and children
Mentor other Educators as part of the leadership team
