Building & Timber Pest Inspector ( Contractor )
We are seeking an experienced Building & Timber Pest Inspector to join our team on a contract basis. This is an important role that will see you conducting building and timber pest inspections across residential properties in the Melbourne, VIC **** area. As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work when it suits you best.
What you'll be doing
Conduct thorough building and timber pest inspections of residential properties.
Identify and document any structural issues, defects, or evidence of timber pest damage.
Prepare comprehensive inspection reports detailing your findings.
Communicate inspection results clearly to clients post-inspection.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
What we're looking for
Registered Building Practitioner DB-U Licensed, CPPUPM**** and CPPUPM****.
Extensive experience conducting building and timber pest inspections, ideally in a residential setting.




A minimum of 3-5 years of experience conducting building and timber pest inspections is required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor issues.
A flexible, independent approach to work with the ability to manage your own schedule.
