About The Role
n
The Information Technology (IT) Coordinator role leads the delivery and support of IT services for St Augustine's Catholic College Cairns. The position requires a high level of technical expertise, to ensure the effective and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, services and software used throughout the College.

Work Requirements

Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
n
Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
n
Formal qualifications at degree or industry level are required,



along with other relevant qualifications or extensive and relevant experience in the area of Information Technology and Systems Support
n
A minimum of 5 years experience in an Information Technology support role with a high level of technical expertise across the Microsoft and Apple platforms
n
Certification or a sound understanding of the ITIL service management framework
n
