We're looking for passionate / experienced Wait Staff to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
n
As a member of our Front of House team, you'll deliver warm, professional service in a fast-paced environment while creating the fun and welcoming atmosphere Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is known for.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Provide friendly, efficient, and qualified customer service.
n
Welcome, seat, and engage with guests throughout their dining experience.
n
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
n




Recommend menu items and promotions through suggestive selling.
n
Serve food and drinks to company standards.
n
Monitor tables and respond to guest needs promptly.
n
Maintain clean, organised, and welcoming dining areas.
n
Process customer payments including cash and EFTPOS.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene, RSA, and WHS requirements.
n
Work collaboratively with Front of House and kitchen teams.
n
Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
n

What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in hospitality a la carte / full table service is preferred.
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
n
Food Safety Certificate.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A positive attitude and strong customer service focus.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
n
Well-presented with a professional approach.
n
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
n
