Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will support the day-to-day purchasing and inventory activities of the business while helping maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory systems. This is a hands‐on role that combines purchasing, inventory management, reporting, and supplier coordination. You will be working with a large product portfolio, multiple suppliers, and a fast‐moving operational workplace where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
Key responsibilities
Raise and manage purchase orders across multiple suppliers
Liaise with suppliers for all B2B enquiries and requests
Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment activities
Assist with purchasing forecasts and demand planning
Track supplier performance & lead times
Manage backorders and ensure follow‐ups with suppliers are actioned
Maintain accurate product, supplier, and inventory data
Assist with pricing reviews and updates
Generate inventory and purchasing reports using Excel and internal systems
Support stock accuracy initiatives and continuous improvement projects
About you
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confidence working with Excel and large datasets
Strong problem‐solving and analytical abilities
The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Professional communication skills




A proactive and self‐motivated approach
Experience in purchasing or procurement, inventory control or stock management, supply chain or replenishment planning, ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
