Medimart is one of Australia's leading suppliers of mobility and healthcare equipment. We are seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage daily delivery schedules, coordinate drivers, and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
This position oversees the delivery schedules for a small fleet of
two delivery trucks and four drivers
. While delivery volumes are manageable, success in this role depends on accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting things right the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes
Monitor deliveries and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders
Liaise with drivers and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation




Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and on schedule
What We're Looking For:
Robust computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and experience working with scheduling or CRM systems.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and proactively
Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling, transport coordination, or a similar operational role is preferred.
